I want to be involved with statistically gathering the evidence of overwegith populations by zip code (using GIS technology?) and research the link between institutional and corporate food systems and the worldwide obesity epidemic.

Yes, that is a snowy owl; it's latin name was nyctea scandiaca, but for some reason, Those In Charge recently changed its name to bubo scandiacus, a vastly inferior name IMHO.
