Hi Ann! I am a public health nutritionist and very much enjoyed your comments in the food policy discussion. I enjoy Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle and am in full agreement about your comments re: corn subsidies.

I heard this book was really interesting: I just bought it but haven't read it yet: Food, Inc.: Mendel to Monsanto. It's not the Food Inc that they made the movie about, but a different one which actually defends GM foods- a perspective I am looking forward to reading about since I am inclined the other way. Any thoughts? Have you read it by any chance?
