Description of your work (what you do, what your organization/project does...)
Paul Merrifield has, over the last thirty years, been involved in international business development and has worked in various industries. This has included organizations in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and India which has exposed him to many different cultures, concepts and communities. He has worked for Fortune 1000 organizations as well as being responsible for the development and management of niche market companies. He is currently working with a UK based healthcare company researching and preparing their entry into the US market.

Using a common sense approach to situations and backed up with strong analysis he has been able to quickly identify the key opportunities within these organizations and provide credible solutions with positive and profitable results. He has strong communications skills and has worked within various cultures with positive results. He has given numerous presentations to corporations, franchisors, investors and delegates. Paul is both creative and focused which affords him the ability to strategize, organize and analyze the objectives and simultaneously motivate employees and partners to grow the business both organically and through acquisition.

To successfully introduce the LighterLife brand into the US market through a combination of wellness programs and retail clinics initially based in the New York City area; and to further develop behaviour modification techniques to address other unhealthy addictions and stress related health matters.
