Description of your work (what you do, what your organization/project does...)
I am President of Impact4Health, a joint venture between InclusionINC and VisionsINC. We have three primary areas of core expertise: First, we can serve in an intermediary role for Pay for Success Initiatives focused on chronic health care interventions. Second, we consult on community engagement efforts required of hospitals and other service providers under healthcare reform. Last, we have key staff focused on delivering training for healthcare teams who work with diverse staff and patients. Last year, I partnered with UC Berkeley School of Public Health' Health Research for Action and Collective Health to publish a white paper on the use of social impact investing to address asthma related health emergencis for children in Fresno. Currently I am working on a similar effort for Alameda County Department of Healthy Homes.
