I am delighted you joined D4H. Please feel free to post any information you run across about chronic disease/obesity prevention. Policy change, community action/mobilization and events......you name it. You can also ask members to share information they have that can be of help to you in your work. That is the idea of the network: you can have several heads coming up with ideas/suggestions at the same time!
