- My work is driven by a commitment to addressing the social determinants of health and fostering robust community well-being, at the juncture of health, equity, and environmental sustainability. Working in public health communications, I help advocates achieve change locally, and in state, national and global arenas. My current projects include providing communications support to the CDC-funded California Community Transformation Initiative; to Public Health Institute's Center for Public Health and Climate Change, and broadly to Public Health Institute and its over 200 projects.
