I've talked to many moms and it seems their biggest concern with school lunches is not only the lack of fresh fruits & vegetables, but the lack of whole grains.  I've noticed this in my kids school lunches, as there is not one whole grain listed on the menu anywhere in any way for weeks on end. 
 I would love to see beans, legumes, brown rice, whole wheat pastas, & multi grains in addition to fresh produce.  Question is, how do we make this happen without the price of school lunches increasing dramatically or doing this without the need to employ higher skill- leveled cooks?
