Bureaucrats are telling anyone who complains about the ACO regulation, "Take a number."  A colleague in a group practice in California described the hysteria as unfounded.  The pace of change is fast and raises fears. But California's experience should give some comfort. Also, some groups that should not be too upset are complaining-Kaiser Hospitals for one.  Is some of this simply political-giving support to one's kind?
