Good model HIA document- Commerce City, Colorado

I will be participating in an enviromental impact assessment for a downtown makeover.  There were a few members of a neighborhood association who requested that an HIA also be conducted. I was pretty floored.  I would think someone with a public health background would take the lead.  Who know.....maybe the health department was not notified.  The neighborhood association gave each planning commission member a copy of HIA conducted in Colorado.  The document is very clear in its purpose, findings, and recommendations. It is from 2008 or so.
