Welcome to the Project Management E-course!
We're thrilled to have you join us for this E-course, and can't wait to get started.
This five-week Project Management e-course provides skills and resources for young people working on HIV and AIDS projects (outreach, prevention education, and advocacy) to plan, lead, monitor, and evaluate local projects. The course is separated into three modules: Introducing Project Management and Development Objectives; Role of the Project Manager; Monitoring, Evaluating, and Reporting on the Project; and includes weekly exercises, class discussions, and office hours to assist participants process and engage with the information. Participants will also learn and interact directly with project leaders in the field of health and sexual reproductive health rights through guest lectures. The course culminates with participants submitting a final project plan—this is a chance to employ all the techniques addressed in the modules and receive feedback from project management experts on their project plans. Participants who successfully finish all the e-course components will receive a certificate of completion.
