Reducing cow emissions may benefit fight against climate change

It seems that bad joke adolescent boys like to repeat about cows and their digestive problems may be useful in climate change mitigation.  Carbon sequestration may allow US beef producers to reduce the harm being done to the environment.   This finding is from the respected Union of Concerned Scientist.  Click on the link to an article about the latest finding on how change in practice may make this possible.
