Easily understood explanation of climate change and planning from England

As a planner I review a lot of materials on a range of issues related to the built environment.  Climate change and sustainability management are not that easy to understand if you do not have a scientific or engineering background.  England (where I will be traveling and studying for two months) has a very understanble but not watered down site on climate change-Demystifying Climate Change.

I forgot to mention that the site has a good glossary they call the Jargon Buster.
