Health reform seems to be up in the air.  A recent poll indicated that about 40% of the public thinks the law has been repealed; and health advocates are biting their nails thinking about legal challenges and the composition of the the current Congress.  John McDonough, a professor at Harvard's School of Public Health and a close advisor to the late Senator Ted Kennedy on health reform, offers 10 reasons for advocates to be a bit less glum.
