I was not expecting public health people to take on another industry or additive when the obesity problem is no where near solved.  It seems like a poor use of scarce resources.  The business sector will always have sufficient money to trounce any movement that is not using a more grassroots way of doing things.  Do you think there is a chance of advocate fatigue with something like salt?
