Event Description
Our 2012 awards event will be held on Capitol Hill from 4 to 6 pm on December 4, 2012. Nomination forms are due no later than Thursday, November 1, 2012.
In a 'first' for our annual event, three members of Congress will serve as our Honorary Co-Chairs this year. We are grateful to Congressman and Dr. Phil Roe (R-TN), Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-CA) and Representative James P. McGovern (D-MA) for helping us highlight the valuable contributions of our nation's prevention and disease control experts.
