Tassafaronga Park and Recreation Center will be utilized by community members selling foods and goods they created themselves as well as community health organizations and practitioners giving away literature and educational materials.

Activities for the day:

Entertainment

-Documentary film screenings inside Tassafaronga Recreation Center

- Live Music - Temporary Petting Zoo - Kids Games/ obstacle course (3 legged race, bounce house, egg toss)

Cook-Off & Demonstrations - 2 Cooking Demonstration conducted by local chefs and organizations

- Booths from local restaurants with food samples to give away.

Community Cook-Book

- Local community members turn in online and by hand their favorite HEALTHY recipes representing the 4 food groups for our community cook book.
